I am a Penn State D1 Hockey alumni looking to share my knowledge on goaltending and ice hockey with amateur ice hockey goalies/players and the parents of amateur goalies/players striving to develop their ice hockey skills.

You will find recommended on-ice drills, off-ice drills, nutrition, and great books to improve the mental side of your game which is a MAJOR part of playing goalie!

I was a goalie so most of the posts will be about goaltending, but the off-ice drills, nutrition, and books all relate to players. I picked up a lot from my teammates and coaches so I will have player-specific posts every now and then.

Lastly, my goal for the website is to be a place people come to learn about ice hockey. My posts will be short and concise with links to great ice hockey videos. If anyone needs further explanation please reach out to me.
