NEVER play roller hockey goalie if you are serious about being a great ice hockey goalie
Goalies and players both can play out in roller hockey. Use roller hockey to work on your stickhandling and hand-eye coordination.
Always remember roller hockey is a completely different game than ice hockey. Ice hockey is all about quick starts and stops.
DO NOT let playing roller hockey interfere with your quick starts and stops!
