On top of Krill Oil and Joint Warfare I take men's one a day, vitamin-C, vitamin-D, fish oil, and Lysine (because it prevents ulcers). These were all in our PSU locker room for daily use (except Lysine). These supplements are good for you whether you are a player or parent.
